## Catering
- Catering is typically placed by phone (651-895-1174 ext. 1) or email via the contact page.
- Most catering orders are pickup. Drop-off delivery may be available but must be confirmed with Brianno's staff.
- Off-site catering is drop-off style: no traveling staff, plates, silverware, china, goblets, or linens.
- Full-service catering (china, glassware, silverware, linens, and staff) IS available for events held at the Royal Cliff venue next door, since Brianno's caters and staffs those events on-site.
- Hot pizza orders are capped at 6 pizzas per order. For more, fresh ready-to-bake or frozen pizzas are recommended.
- Lead time: 24 hours for smaller orders (<20 people), 48–72 hours for larger events.
- For pricing, always call the deli — prices change.
- For allergy and gluten-free questions, always call the deli directly. The kitchen uses flour heavily and is not a gluten-free environment.
